The icing is made of flour and salt and spread on the cupcake. Here is the icing recipe:<br /><br /><span style="color: rgb(102, 51, 102);">1/2 tsp. flour<br />1/4 tsp. salt<br />1/4 tsp. water<br />few drops of flavoring<br />one drop of re-inker<br />1 squirt of Tombow white glue<br /><br />Mix well until it spreads easily adding very small amount of water (or flour) until it does spreads well. Spread on cupcake image and sprinkle with a pinch of glitter.
